Storing Personal Details

When you submit an order, we store the billing and delivery address details in our database. We do not collect or store your Credit and debit card details.

We do not use any cookies to store any customer information.


Although all payments taken on-line are secure payments, if you prefer to order by telephone or by post you may do so. For Telephone Orders, please phone +44 (0) 1286 870 925 if you prefer this method.

Once we have received your order it will normally be dispatched the same day unless you have caught us at a time when we are away or on holiday in which case the order will be sent immediately on our return.

Returns Policy

PRINTS: We are confident that you will be delighted with your prints once you receive them, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact Mountain Art, within 7 days of receipt and you can then return your print to us (in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging), for an exchange or refund for the full value of the order, less delivery charges. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the return postal charges.


All prints are stringently and individually checked before packaging by hand in the gallery. The chance of a damaged print being sent out from our premises is therefore extremely small. What can happen during transit or postage however can be a different matter, and for this reason we insure the goods during delivery. If there are any problems with damaged packaging and contents then we should be able to make a claim. In order for us to do this, however, any damages must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt so that remedial action can be taken.

Important Notes

  1. Colours

    It is very important to note that unless the computer monitor you use to view this site is professionally colour calibrated and profiled, then the colours you see on screen may not match the colours of the print you receive.

    Our own computer and printing systems are calibrated to internationally recognised colour standards (icc). Our printers are all calibrated AND colour profiled using a spectrophotometer to achieve that standard, and within print/ink combination parameters, what we see on screen matches what we get in print.

    As technology advances and ink and paper manufacturers develop improved products, subtle improvements in contrast and saturation will occur. This of course is often a major advantage to the customer but may mean that a second print a year later may not look exactly the same as a previous order. Our promise to customers is that as a reputable artist, I will not allow prints to leave my premises unless I am 100% happy with the final result.
